Shipping

Shipping Areas

  • We deliver throughout Israel, except for certain restricted areas in accordance with courier company policies.

  • If the delivery address is outside standard delivery zones, there may be a delay in delivery or cancellation of the order in coordination with the customer.

Delivery Times

  • 14 business days

  • Delivery times are calculated from the date the order is confirmed and may vary due to logistical constraints, holidays, or weather conditions.

  • While we cannot guarantee exact delivery times, we do our best to meet our commitments.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated during checkout based on the selected delivery method and region.

  • Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount, as indicated in site promotions.

Tracking Your Order

  • We do not provide direct shipment tracking, but you may receive a tracking link from the courier company.

Returns and Exchanges

Return Conditions

  • Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are new, unused, in their original packaging, and undamaged.

  • Products sold as special promotions may be subject to different return policies as specified in the offer terms.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Products that are custom-made based on the customer’s request.

  • Opened hygiene and toiletry products.

  • Perishable items, food, dietary supplements, and products considered “sensitive.”

  • Electronic products after the original packaging has been opened.

How to Return

  • Courier Return – You can arrange a return via our delivery service (return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective).

  • Return at Pickup Point/Physical Store – If this option is available, products may be returned at no cost to an authorized service point.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned product, subject to inspection and confirmation that it meets return conditions.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • If the product was purchased using a coupon or discount, the refund will be based on the amount actually paid.

Defective or Incorrect Products

  • In case of receiving a defective, faulty, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • You may choose between a full refund or replacement of the item, subject to stock availability.

  • In such cases, return shipping will not be charged.
